Common Sense Self Defense is teaching individuals the aspects of self defense by providing an understanding of the techniques of what and why, i.e the meaning or application. And, also, to train the participant the main training objective in escaping or neutralizing their potential assailant.
Knowing what to do is better than not knowing. One can look at it like insurance; ‘better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.’ In the ‘times of this day’ it is always something one should know, and be able to apply in any potential situation. You can better leverage yourself with this training.
Participants will be introduced to Basic Self Defense tactics; assailant psychological overview, striking areas on the body (ETSGSI-TNTK), forming a strong fist, various pressure points, grabs or holds release techniques, form a good kicking toe and kick, the purpose of breathing with blocks and punching, and courtesy. Also, there is a session on Rape Prevent Self Defense, Pressure Point Self Defense, and Wheelchair Basic Self Defense tactics.
This training can, and will build more self confidence in your skills towards self protection, than previously; possessed.
